>The Puritans didnβt even have any sort of literary or political presence whatsoever.
John Milton, a Puritain, wrote Paradise Lost and was a staunch suppoorter of Oliver Cromwell, another Puritain, who is widely reviled by the Brits for his retardedly strict and tyrannical rule.
>The Puritans were a small group of a thousand settlers on a new continent that stopped being relevant within 50 years of being in the new world and whose cultural impact were overwhelming drowned out my the influx of new settlers of larger sects flooding in.
Pretty much every major social movement in the 1800s, from the abolition of slavery to women's rights was due to the Puritains or more accurately, the ideological descendants of the Puritains, the Congeregationalists, Quakers and Unitarians. For fucks sake, John Brown, the guy who instigated a slave rebellion on Hapers Ferry, stated he was profoundly influenced by his Puritain faith.

Please shut the fuck up. You don't know basic US history yet you ahve the gall to spout your retarded drivel as if its fact, when literally every major historian of the Anglo-American world disagrees with you.
