It's not like any sane company has health care clauses that cover for non-critical surgeries. I'd draw the line solely at around injury related or health oriented things. Vasectomies, plastic surgery and all forms of other elective surgeries shouldn't ever be on the table of anyone's healthcare from company benefits, that's just nuts.
