i only watched s1 of nanoha because it was honestly not that great. not awful but just really average. meanwhile symphogear was kino from s1 and way more fun
same with madoka, it was just alright so i never saw the sequel movie. but yuyuyu was amazing, i only never watched whatever the newest season was because it was apparently a really bad adaptation

There's those occasional "ecchi musou games" like Senran Kagura and Valkyrie Drive that would probably do well in the current environment, where people are willing to play even unfun games if they have lewd female characters. Also it would seem weird for Symphogear to have in-game groping systems that are considered standard for those types of games but maybe they'd be like Oneechanbara of just having the ecchi present but not given a big focus.

Symhogear is practically built for a Musou. Endless noise and alchanoise. Midboss noise and alchemists as commanders. Musou and aerial musou commands as the big scene-piece special moves, complete with the character-themed title callout scrolls. X-Drive, Dainsleif, et al. as power-up 'rage musou' and similar mechanics.
The fact that it didn't happen is a god damned crime against all forms of good taste.

SRW has been steadily adding things that aren't robots anyway. Cowboy Bebop, Space Pirate Captain Harlock, Space Battleship Yamato, that one Ultraman anime with the Ultraman power armor suits, and now Godzilla in the next one even. So it should be more than possible for Symphogear to make it in at this rate.

The current environment won't even allow them to exist. The same policies that killed Senran Kagura on Sony consoles are in place almost everywhere now.
