As the great Kirkbride once said, the elder scrolls franchise is about the conflict between men and mer. The beast races are irrelevant bystanders and should only be explored in spin-off games. Also, you're a furry.

Todd doesn't. Which is why Hammerfell has been set up as the TES VI location since Skyrim. As it should, since it's the logical setting to continue the Thalmor plot.

Summerset Isles, I want a bigger focus on magic, especially in combat, and to see the crystal city of Alinor, play as an elven chud, get an elven tradwife, etc.

Valenwood, but we all know new bethesda is too cowardly to set the next game in a non human region
It's kind of depressing to think because of Bethesda we'll never get a fully fledged game for every region, much less a good fully fledged game after people loved Skyrim so much.
It's going to be Hammerfell, it really seems like quite a bland region though, specially after we got the bland Cyrodiil and bland but with snow Skyrim

Summerset Isle. If you pick anything other than a high elf, then you need to have good speechcraft or bribes to get anything done. And even then they betray you.
