Dark Souls coming to PC was the best and worst thing that happened to the community. /dsg/ in 2012 was honestly really fucking good, but by the time 2016 came out you had the same type of content creators shitting up the feed and cooler ones like Emarrel and GrimDisaster went by the wayside

Not so much. The FaP ring is best equipped after you've done ANYTHING involving knee-high liquid. The Rusty Ring is good for that. Then you have to consider the one free slot you need for the 4kids Entertainment fight, since you obviously want Havel's. Don't equip FaP until after you are finished with 4kids, Darkroot Basin, the sewer in Sen's Funhouse... Basically until you've reached The Kiln. Then it becomes PvP time and the FaP ring goes on eternally.
