To be fair this is true across all of human society across all of human history. You're either in the top 1% or the bitch of the 1%. 2042 was just a touch too shit even for the 99%, 6 fixed that by pretending its different by clothing everyone in military gear (didn't stop them adding fortnite skins for ultimate edition or twitch though.)

But gameplay wise, its identical, arguably worse as every map is small and vehicles are now basically kill streaks that respawn and last 30 seconds. People will pretend 2042 and 6 are different because of classes but all they did was combine the classes into 4 and give them gadgets instead.

ww2 is fine if it focuses on the actually interesting parts of the war, i.e. not the 1944 -1945 western front for the billionth time
there should be a proper sequel to bf1 where they actually make the nations look how they're supposed to and add in more of the lesser known tanks, like the whippet, lk2, and schneider ca1
maybe add in some proposed stuff for if the way dragged into 1919, they already added some russian civil war stuff so clearly they're willing to have some post war additions

Every class can use every weapon so it still sucks. In the early games you could get in a situation where you were antitank or whatever and so you needed assault to support you since you couldn't fight past short range. Now you can take whatever the fuck gun you want so it doesn't matter. Stupid game.
And I know some fucker is going to say that actually there's a mode where you can't use any weapon, but it's still fucked because the game is balanced around weapons being open and it still has a bunch of unlocked weapons anyway. Oh no, I have to use carbines which are just as good as assault rifles, how terrible.
