The problem is that it's never really cheap.
It's a game which should go for 3 bucks max since anything more will get you genuinely great older games.
But SEGA has been keeping the price relatively high for a dead game with first timer's mission design throughout the whole campaign.

Anon, HW3 had nothing to do with Relic. It was a different studio under Gearbox.
They just ran into extremely similar problems as modern Relic titles.
Dawn of War 3, Age of Empires 4, Company of Heroes 3... doesn't matter. All of them have absolutely horrid missions, out of touch story and struggle with graphics using modern tech (ironically DoW3 does the best of the three in that regard).
