Game ruined by furfags wanting their fetishes and OC's inserted game.
>next update, we've added 1000 pop culture references >100 vinesauce references (p-pls play the game again) >200 community OC entries >1 new monster
This game was about signals and horror ambience. It's now just one giant easter egg hunt.

Why do people keep thinking we'll make humanoid robots for anything except sex. We have proven time and again that either a box or cylinder is the most efficient shape

Abiotic Factor is what Voices Of The Void wanted to become. >durrr that's one dev compared to a full team
He had the money and support. His game could have been bigger and better by now, instead of focusing resources on meaningless easter eggs and furry cameo number #2859. What even improved in the last year? Shame he could not fully capitalize on such a cool game formula. SF games can cash in a lot.

You literally CANNOT know the player numbers of a game that's never online and only available as a download
>>718462332 >instead of focusing resources on meaningless easter eggs
I'll never fathom why he does this. VotV is already huge and has a lot of stuff to do, but focusing on some shit only 0.1% of players will ever see just seems idiotic

why would you even want to make a humanoid robot for sex? it feels like a waste of potential, surely there are other physical designs that would be much more pleasurable to fug?

It's because like 90% of indie devs with a stable audience and Patreon income, he's primarily focused on things he wants to do rather than having some sort of roadmap or proper plan on how to actually deliver a product that can be sold on Steam
