Just have several providers with dynamic IPs.
One provider for the phone, other for home, just clean your cookies and reboot the router, or use airplane mode for like 15 seconds to refresh your IP.
Even if you catch a range ban there is literally nothing they can do but to reverse it because it kills traffic they need after the hack, and if you impede the ban on a range used by ecker it's lifted instantly.

Find a big provider with huge ownersge of IP addresses, then you can ban evade for free forever and never have to send your dick pic to eckers discord along with your ID.
