You get access to weapons immediately, BTs are never a threat, you can drive your vehicle LITERALLY everywhere except the snowy mountains before you get the upgrade to the vehicle and in regards to the story it doesn't do anything that makes you question the world of the game. Maybe if you hadn't played the first game, but the game really feels like a more accessible version of the first game with the mystery surrounding everything removed from it. On normal this is, without exaggeration, one of the easiest games to beat and it has 2 settings even easier than that. The only time you could struggle is if you're skipping dialogue and you ignore the "hey Sam use this item that you've just unlocked in order to make this order".

Just spent 50 mins trying to do the impossible delivery or whatever the fuck, thinking I would just take an A ranking and move on with my life since this is the last order I haven't completed.
Turns out the game fucking game overs you if you don't get within 50 mins, so I just wasted 50 minutes of my time doing this dogshit order just to get a game over in the last stretch.
I'm fucking malding right now. The game was 8/10 before this and now it's 3/10. Fuck this dogshit.

Like I said I assumed it worked like in the other timed deliveries where you get an A rank if you don't hit the time limit exactly, assuming the cargo is intact.
I had like around 500 meters to go when the time ran out and gave me a game over. I'm so fucking mad right now because the mission wasn't even that hard.

Its a sequel that didn't need to be made.

Death Stranding was great if a bit rough around the edges. It's in the same category as Dragons Dogma where the game isn't quite there yet but I'm sure the sequel will fully realize its potential. Then the sequels kinda didn't even try fully realizing the potential most people saw in the first game.

Second one is more exciting and is funner to play but the vehicles are more overpowered than ever and the story is worse than the original. I enjoyed Higgs but Tomorrow and Sam had weak perfomances. Still an 8/10 for me
