Jungling is when you kill stuff in the jungle. If it's not a lane and it's not the river, then it's the jungle.

Creeps are the creatures that run down the lanes and attack the enemy creeps.

they try to spread out optimally along the map to kill the "waves" of CPU lemmings, similar to a tower defense game or space invaders
they can also attack or harass opposing players as they jockey over control of the map
