Killzone is probably coming back after this. It's obvious the original Warbond idea was canned because Sony themselves weren't happy about the bog standard 1000SC price tag. The Halo collab introducing this new "Legendary Warbond" tier at 1500SC is probably water testing to see if it sells/is successful. Which of course it is, it's Halo. Helldivers 2 is played by tons of 30+ year olds who loved Halo.
