>This is Doctor Derek Manse, Research director at Cascade. A member of the janitorial staff was caught deleting sensitive information on our local network. Our first guess was, of course, sabotage, but we have no records from accounting of this man ever receiving a paycheck. Indeed, the very concept of payment seems to confuse him during interrogation. Even more peculiar, he refuses to, or can't, eat any food offered to him... Except for chicken nuggets and Hot Pockets. I'm sure the idea of free staff is tantalizing to GATE, but until we know more about this "Janitor," I have no choice but to recommend IS containment.

All right, what's happening here. I'm trying to start a new game as night only, have even gone into sandboxsettings.ini to manually set the power off at night (the ini seems to lack many settings that I feel should be there but aren't), but the power is still on? I feel like there's not much point in continuing if the purpose is automatically defeated. Do I have to wait for the first "night" cycle for it to take effect or something, or is the setting simply not working?
