This is how I know you're a pencil-necked failure. Gains last 3-weeks tops if you stop training.

This. Gains are unnatural, your body craves being fat and lazy.

I do workout. It's 75 minutes every other day. The rest is complaining about video games that I don't play.

>Yes, the concept of "muscle memory" is real, but it's more accurately described as the brain's ability to relearn movements and regain strength and muscle mass more quickly after a period of inactivity. It's not that the muscles themselves remember movements, but rather that the central nervous system retains a memory of how to recruit muscles and coordinate movements efficiently

You are literally and factual wrong.

I was fit then I had jaw surgery and lost all my fucking gains, and now I can't go back to the gym because strength exercise would delay my healing. Likely 8 months of being a lanklet, with all my progress lost. At least I still have muscle memory, right? RIGHT?

Working out is faggy and vein. I chop firewood and farmer carry large stones around like a real man.
I would fucking rape you in real life if we got into a fight.

But muscle memory isn't forever either. It just lasts longer than your gains.

There's a new gym opening up tomorrow and I'm planning on checking it out.
I used to go to the gym very frequently, went for seven years straight, but I stopped for a few years, only doing some minimal calisthenics and cardio at home. But I wanna get back to it now.

I work full time and am taking night classes to get my masters. All my free time is spent playing video games or making up songs about my cat.

It's fun and good to de-stress.

Muscle memory isn't gains, retard. Your nervous system remembers how to do the movement and can regain the mass more quickly. But that doesn't mean the mass isn't lost. You still need to work to get back what was lost. Ergo, gains aren't forever.
