I would agree, but can't because of the voice. If it was even like 15% more gruff i'd say yes, but the voice is still too oddly twink-ish given his new frame. I don't think they're pandering to furries at all otherwise they would've gone harder with the stereotype with a gruffer, deeper voice, or even some kind of stain on his shirt. I don't think they're trying to portray 'slob' or 'dad energy' at all, if anything there's no real distinct character direction here beyond it just being Bubsy again but with a tie. Or at least if they were trying to appeal to that certain audience they were too scared to lean into it and failed.
