I've played the bf6 beta then went to play cod out of curiosity. Cod's gameplay feels much tighter and it has better production value. So much so I've downloaded a bunch of the recent cod's to play the campaigns, that's how good the gameplay feels, specially MW 2019 and MW2.

Rarely anyone hosts them because they're not willing to open up theirs wallets for it if there's not enough interaction. It depends all when you played. Like for example on 2042 reveal which got player numbers to skyrocket on BF4: i saw plenty of people hosting 120hz and at least one 144hz tick servers again, that were actually filled with people. So I got to experience it all over, and the difference is so big that I can't believe that we've gone so backwards. 120hz felt pretty smooth in BF1 if you ever played the incursion mode for that too. I don't know why it's only the games with esports focus that make use these kinds of servers available. Dice just sticks to the standard 60hz now. Which is what COD is nowadays, whilst they were far ahead not that long ago.

You absolutely cannot reliably jump and shoot in BF6. The recoil and spread is absolutely insane if you try to do it.
There is no omnidirectional movement in 6.
The amount of recoil has stayed pretty much the same throughout the series.
You also cannot effectively slide and shoot.
