one of the zealot perks is you cant random crit anymore but every 6th or so hit is a guaranteed crit
on the volley crossbow you slap on the "crits give you ammo" perk

only use the alt fire (shoot 3 at a time) and depending on how many enemies you hit with that, you can get 6 ammo back in 1-2 bursts

i wish foot knight had 2 melee slots and slayer could equip a shield
fk has cool gameplay with the battering ram spam but you have to choose between good cc with shield weapons or good damage with mace and sword or be mediocre at both with everything else
slayer just overlaps, one weapon with swift slaying, crit chance and block cost reduction does everything offensive and a secondary defensive opportunist greathammer is just a shittier shield

I don't get it, what do you enjoy about the game, if it's not killing things? Surely an instant kill button on the toughest mob in the game gives a dopamine boost. You could also ledge bosses with it instead of just damaging them depending on the situation.
