I literally don't want to play anything else anymore. I just want to play Tony Hawk. I have a huge backlog that I need to get through, but Tony Hawk keeps pulling me away from it. How do I escape?

I don't know why, but something about how the remakes play isn't as satisfying as the originals.

4 is the first really good one; it ditched the stupid 2 minute timer, introduced spine transfers and freestyle tricks as well as harder and more complex goals. It set the stage for THUG and later THAW which are so much more fun and interesting than 1-3 ever were. I think it's very telling that the 1+2 and 3+4 remakes both use mechanics introduced 4 and THUG because the devs know that without them the games just aren't as fun.

Did you just not play the ones before THAW?

I've only ever played 3 on Dolphin and really liked it. Based on this, which should I play? I have a jailbroken PS3 too so can play PS1-PS3 games.

Try THPS 4 too, it's open world. It's good

I dunno, every few years i get the urge to play one of these games and then as I'm playing them i get really "Sick" of it and im glad im finished by the end.
