I like following stocks & revenue & stuff. The only game I play is thief gold/2/tbp on my 4090.

Don't mention always online, brush off all the media shit as an extra that we're showing for shareholders, double down on kinect 2 as it was actually good, lastly focus on small indie exclusives.

You'd actually need to be sent back to 2008 to save Xbox. Make sure Kinect doesn't enter product development and don't pivot the 2nd half of the 360's life for Wii casual money, then the Xbone wouldn't have launched for $500 with a shitty $150 camera as a mandatory pack-in.

Xbone already had the better launch titles than PS4, so just don't crater the 360's reputation, launch it at $400 without Kinect to match the PS4, don't call it the Xbox One and just go with Xbox Infinity or something, and don't talk about TV and sports in its first presentation.

Another very important thing is don't form 343 and either retire Halo, or give it to Human Head Studios or someone of that caliber and don't corporate meddle with it.

Ah that's a valid reason then, I heard xbox is struggling lately but it's still owned by microsoft so I doubt they'll let it fail entirely
