I am vaguely aware of how elves have magic fountains and they keep getting blown up, due to a wow nerd at work sperging the lore at me.
But I have no clue who any character in this trailer was or what forces they were fighting for or why I should care in the slightest for the outcome.
WoW storytelling is to just have your character do fetch quests while blizzard release an animated internet show on occasion, whether you are playing or not, and the show isn't even interesting.
