I preordered the Deluxe Edition because I had faith in Glen. At the time I had a 3060ti and had to play it at 720p 30fps and it was still crashing. I beat it once. It took 36 in game hours, of which maybe 8 were progress hours, due to how many times it crashed and how poorly the game ran.
Glen Schofield convinced me single handedly to never preorder shit again and I will never buy one of his games again. Fucking asshole.

No they did not. That SS says I last played in March, which I did on my current GPU, a 4070ti Super and it STILL played like ass. It is, to this day, poorly optimized. It should be playable on a 3050 or even a 2080 and it just isn't. Don't lie about the performance. Its still fucking shit

Every time we have one of these threads, one of you guys come here running the game on the max settings with every thing turned up to the highest level at 4K complains that it isn't running at 120+FPS.

I was playing at very low settings both times. Its poorly optimized

I still don't understand how a game can revolve around smashing left and right analogue stick to auto-dodge for it's whole playtime.
Dead Space had a crazy arsenal of various weapons and DS2-3 only expanded on that.
Yet it's 'spiritual successor' is just mashing left and right for hours...
WHO SAW THIS AND FUNDED IT?
I enjoyed this game, finished it and have no regrets about purchasing on sale. Meanwhile I bought Dead Space remake over a year ago and still only 3 hours in and bored of it.
>from the producer of old game comes old game but better this time! >its the first AAAA game! >the game did so well the producer left the company less than a year after release! >the game did so well that 50 people left during development and it led to cut content but its not his fault! >the game did so well after the dlc another 30 people left! >the game did so well that last february most of the studio was laid off! >THE GAME DID SO WELL BECAUSE IT JUST DID OK?!
glenn scofield will never let this go and he'll complain for another 100 years just like mark darrah does with dragon age and tim cain does about everything.
