How can you not want to play this game if you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You just grab your PC and buy the game and its DLC off of the Xbox store web page then stream the game onto your monitor and play with a controller.

It's so easy you don't even have to wait to install it. Holy cow. I love gaming in the year 2025!

DLC is better than the main game.

Pretty much every build (except LMGs) are a good way to go, as long as you get good weapons for it. Throwing weapons are kinda fun if you want to go for headshots. SMGs are good if you don't want to spend time reloading your gun. If you want the ultimate powerfantasy, hacking is good (Rippler cyberdeck is my favorite), although some stronger bosses can give you trouble.

body is my favorite, but I have a bias towards shotguns. my second most used in my playthrough were smart guns, and those are really fun. as far as fun, probably an agile melee build where you double jump and cut through everyone is probably up there.

I just go with stealth hitman build. Just shoot everyone, first headshots, after upgrading just shoot them in the chest with a silenced pistol. Never gets old and you avoid sponge enemy fights

These games are complete aids to play as any build that require switching/toggling through abilities in a separate UI. TW3 was horrible for this for signs and alchemy builds
Just play a straightforward shoot/melee build in modern games

Dlc is good
There's zero difficulty so just choose what seems coolest
Quickhacks and smart weapons is fun, sandevistan and whatever weapons is also good

There are no builds, it's not an RPG, it's a far cry copy, anything is the same and will perform the same, zero build aurism, all CDPR games are shallow action slop with poor gameplay.
DLC is good but the endings are just as lame as the base game.

Reflexes are ARs/submachine guns + a must for jumping + jumpy legs. Cool is pretty much a must because then you get access to guns and knives. Tech is a must because that's the only way you can actually "afford" the best cyberware. Cool also lets you able to stealth missions which there's more than a few that does this.

I had the game insta crash on me the other night. So I'm trying to sort that out before I play it. Not sure if it's my own hardware or the game. So I gotta do some isolated testing to figure out which. Couldn't make it past the intro cinematic, grim.

15 points in Reflexes because movement is just so much fun.
20 points in Technical because cyberware is everything in this game.
1 point in Body because you need those basic health perks.
That's 30 Attribute points and 35 Perk points spent just on the basic minimum in my opinion, without taking any weapon perks.

i'm still waiting on the newest update they said would take longer than the previous one. i'm gonna need to update the 40 or so mods which get affected by updates.

Net runner is the stealth archer of the game. Got told by a friend's it would be like a mage before starting, so went with it. Its totally broken with the right perks/setup, like unkillable broken. If I'd ever replay, I would try melee

Netrunning is fun but at the same time so OP it trivializes the game. You should get at least 15 tech for any build and most people do the same for Agility for Air Dash.

For me it's the Malorian Overture + Sovereign + Tomahawk + Muramasa (bike). 20 Body, 15 Reflex, 20 Technical, 20 Cool and 0 (ZERO) Intelligence. Perks are picked for those three guns only.

I can't stand this game's plot. You just meet a character once and suddenly you're the most important person in their retarded dogshit lives. And then you watch 2 hours of cutscenes.

Pistols and shotguns.
You thin out the crowd with the pistol, then Sandevistan+shotgun to get close and finish them off. You could also use a sniper or precision rifle instead of a pistol, but they aren't as cool.
Max out Body and Cool stats, put 9 into both Reflex and Tech, for the dashing ability and extra cyberware perks, respectively.

The only real choice is what cyberware will you be using - a Sandevistan or a Cyberdeck. If you pick the former, you can completely ignore Intelligence and leave at 3, meaning you can almost max out (shy of two points) all the other attributes.

I only played vanilla since they ruined Panam's romance with the DLC. And as far as builds go they are all fun. My personal fav was sandevistan techie so i can sneak up to cameras and turn them off from below, makes the sneaking a lot more fun.

I just go for shooting builds. I think shooting is more fun than melee. Melee seems cool at first but it's way too samey. Hacking isn't for me either, feels like you spent most of your time fiddling with menus.
