That's good because skillfully allocating your stats in this game is hard. In CoC 1 you just needed Strength and Endurance and here every stat seems to matter.

All stats can be trained to max by various repeatable means yes. Your max is determined by your level and the cap isn't at 100 yet since the game only goes up to level 13(or was it higher?). Does that amswer your question, OP?
