I wish this game had mlre casual modes like tf2. I love the character and designs but I just can’t do competitive stuff anymore since I’ve gotten older and have less time. I don’t want to get stressed out or feel locked into a 30 minute match, but I do hope all of you still enjoy the game

One of my worries about this game is people getting all up their own asses about winning and shit, basically becoming all the stories of every other MOBA i've ever heard of. Are people in general super sweaty about playing this or is it mostly chill?

People like to win. The degree to which how hard you have to try in order to do that is directly related to how much your team communicates and plays together. It's a 30-60 minute time investment for 12 people, 5 of those people will be decently upset if you don't try your best.

Yes, but it's not as bad as other MOBAs and competitive games, and I doubt it will ever get that bad. Overall the game is just more fun and offers more freedom. Even losing doesn't feel so bad because you can still influence the outcome with your skill and it will feel good.

I think it's an intrinsic part of MOBAs. Every fuck up you or especially your teammates make, makes the enemy stronger and makes your loss more likely. Compared to say TF2 or CS where although there are advantages given to the enemy team they are never insurmountable and can be overcome with one good play.
