The most efficient way to spend money in this game, if you're going to do it, is to buy the packs they have on sale during half anni/anni/summer/Christmas events. $20 for paid carats and a selector to get exactly what you want for umas/cards is just leagues ahead of everything else value wise. Eventually they add a paid only step up gacha where you're guaranteed to only get SSRs you pick, but that isn't added for another few years.
Outside of all that, daily packs are the best value over time.

Seems good but the thing about "Subdued" skills is that they activate early race, meaning that the stamina will be recovered by the gold skills anyway, you might want to pick some "Flustered" skills that activate mid race.
Also you need more debuffs for pace chases since that will be what most people bring.

You don't need to be a whale to get MLB kita-san and MLB SR cards. Just reroll on the kitasan banner and then dump everything into support cards from then on. I've got all those same cards MLB'd except kitasan because I rolled more on trainers (stupid) than cards during her banner lol. Didn't reroll either, but I could have done better if I did. Either way I'm in a decent spot now.

Power can be cool because it trains stamina too, the main issue is Super Creek is mandatory, and when she appears on a power rainbow training, that's godly but too inconsistent. But at the same time, if you don't have an MLB of some other stamina card, the second stamina card feels like fucking ass.

Evil Nature and Goldship are 2/3 of the equation. You want a strong pace chaser. If you have Oguri Cap, run her with swinging maestro + gourmand, then get some speed skills/unique skills/get medium to S if possible. Try and get your Speed up to 1,100-1200, Stamina as close to 1,000 as you can get. If you can just get near there you'll still have a really strong Oguri. If you don't have Oguri, do the same thing but with any other pace chaser, thank me later
