Debut album's alright, kinda hit and miss. It's their only "prog"ish album which can make it sound rough because it's not as put together as everything else that came after, but there are some good tracks on there. Photographs is a great example, everything's so tight and structured in a good way. They really nailed down the sound they wanted and it's just greatly mixed and catchy. There's no bad Casiopeia albums, just ones you don't like as much. Some of my bigger favorites are Hearty Notes, Asian Dreamer, Answers, Dramatic, The Party, Be, Inspire, Main Gate.
And there's not really a correlation, just in soundscape between Casio and Rouge's levels.
