The picture is ruined if you actually play the game. Theyre wearing justicier robes. Theyre basically the inquisition which means they would be on the front lines because as far as I know, they only settled issues on territories they captured to uphold the treaty.
In the second image shes wearing generic Elven gear which means she got demoted or the artist just doesnt know the significance of the Justicier robes

I'm not 100% sure, but I do know that Manimarco ascended to godhood and has dominion over necromancy in a way. So I imagine that the cost is having to align yourself with Manimarco. Also I think the end goal of most necromancers is to become liches, but I don't know what happens to your soul when you become a lich

Don't breton characters get boosted conjuring levels in skyrim ? Strange being conjurering warrior doesn't seem to be good combo. Bound weapons also suck cause they can't be sheathed.
