I wish I liked it but I just don't for some reason. I love both DMC and NG and Bayo is kind of like a mix of those with a sexy witch protagonist which sounds like my dream game. But something about Bayo feels overwrought to me.

Old DMC and Bayonetta are very dated games
"Mash square and triangle" is not very fun gameplay compared to modern souls-likes like Wuchang Fallen Feathers, Lies of P, or Sekiro.
DMC only became good to me when I started thinking of it as 1996 PS1 Resident Evil but with melee combat
