Not opening, DLC costume related licenses.
Anyway we won't know what else changed until it comes out.
There's some QoL features and fixed colors.
The only censorship we know of is the pipe, and any costumes that relied on external licenses are presumably gone.

The RPCS3 wiki says that setting PPU Thread Count to 1 fixes it, but not only it doesn't fix jack shit, the game won't even boot up until you set it back to 2.

Abyss' remaster is a matter of time.
I wouldn't expect a remake seeing how they never remade Symphonia when they could, but a remaster feels likely to happen eventually.
We got 2 this year, so if we followed that pattern then I could totally see 2026 being the year of Xillia 2 and Abyss.

I doubt there's any major reason why they picked one over the other. Since they already remastered Vesperia and Graces f, it does make sense they're dealing with the last PS3 titles though, specially given how much code and assets are shared between the 2 Xillia.
