It's not that easy. I have terrible shecdule and can't stay consistent as much as i want. Also I'm weak af and need lots of work. For example I can only do 55-60kg bench press (8 reps). Shoulde press I do with 20kgs for 3 sets. I can't do a single pullup, etc. Also I'm broke and can't really afford protein-rich foods. I try my best tho. I need to lock in somehow, but it takes so much effort...
