Let's be honest with ourselves here. The switch sucked as a console and so does the switch 2 but we don't care because of the good ass games. I didn't want to buy one but now I'll have to. The games are just too good

damn I already got 80h on pc and have no interest in the dlc or this version sucks for them for wasting dev time on this lol

I’m entirely convinced the only reason this exist along with other shit like CP2077 and duskbloods (to an extent) is solely because nintendo wanted to buy for a seat at the big-boy table so they can go “look guys, we’re a proper console just like you!” to convince other devs to put their games on there and to be respected
Though with frequent stories like this coming out alongside lack of devkits keeping devs from rushing out ports and letting them see all this unfold it’s safe to say you can chalk up that effort to be a resounding failure
