I don't hate it. I preordered it even, though I may end up regretting it and refunding it or something. It's just not very interesting. It's the same shit in a new engine.
NG2 Black at least had the benefit of being a spruced up version of a game that's largely inaccessible, and if it still had as much in common Sigma 2 as it did the original 2 (if not more so) it was still a big improvement over Sigma 2. MGS3 isn't that hard to play, though. The Master Collection is shitty but it's still serviceable, and emulating MGS3 isn't that difficult even if you lack pressure sensitive buttons. There's even a 3DS version that's pretty decent if you bump up the frame rate to a consistent 30. Delta is just polygons.
