There are basically two types of Nintendo fans
The first are the people who like Nintendo but aren't cultish enough to defend every little thing they do. They are old enough to know that Nintendo has highs and lows but still enjoy their games
The others are this weird new cult that is basically akin to Sony's Gold man but less funny. They basically care about sales and nothing else. They're the schizos that talk about Eric all the time

Honestly, Nintendo really isn't doing anything interesting right now. Its been a pretty weak year despite being a fucking launch year for the console. This might be why the latter has to hype up sales because there really isn't anything left to talk about. It's just Air Riders and nothing else.

I am pretty much done when it comes to actually buying Nintendo games. Still don't have half of the stuff the put on the switch, cause I'm not playing double what something like a Link's Awakening remake is worth. Will just have to turn to emulators or hack my systems, I guess.
