What chair do you have?
Have you tried putting blanket on yourself? It's feels really comfy playing under blanket while drinking homemade hot choco
Take a pillow and sit on the floor underneath your coffee table if you have one for a few hours before you decide to buy one. Remember a kotatsu is just a small table with a heating unit underneath it. The mat and blanket for it are separate items.

Its just like a normal office chair. I have neck issues so sitting up in a chair is just not very comfy regardless and my floor is kind of warped and not flat where my pc is so Im always feeling off kilter. >Have you tried putting blanket on yourself? Yeah it helps but I really think I need to take the kotatsu pill

I have my eye on a bundle that comes with everything. Just looking for a floor pillow and maybe some foam mats for the floor.

What kind of neck issues? I know two/three exercises that might help depending on what is going on.
Sadly I don't have any advice for warped flood expect putting something under chair to balance it put it might not work well with office chair.

I believe my physical therapist told me its a herniated disc. I do neck exercises that help, but nothing beats sitting down and disengaging your head and neck to get into a game. Also add me on steam if you wanna chat more about this stuff, Im always looking for friends who put a premium on comfort.

My condolences. If so then I have only one exercise that might help, which is deadhang though effects vary from great to awful depending on the issues
