It was the fanbase that complained and spewed shit how come their newest units aren't instakilling everyone, how come new 4 stars and 5 stars are establishing niches rather than making Bennet, Raiden, etc. completely obsolete?

It's just like people who keep asking for a skip button. Brother in Christ, if you don't want to play the story then fucking don't. If you like the story but think the writing is turning shitty, then shit on their writing instead of suggesting they just remove story from the game altogether.
