I had my best time in WoW during its shittiest expansions because the people I played with were awesome.

Raiding scene was basically dead. Everyone who raids is either already in a static that was full or they just sat in pubs all day getting dragged down by randoms. The social scene just wasn't my cup of tea. Most of them were deeply mentally ill people, and not just troons, mind you.
