Since I'm on the wrong side of 30, I definitely prefer games that are shorter and too the point instead of bloated monstrosities

Crashes a lot on PC regardless of hardware. The Unreal Engine 5 experience in 2025.

how much is unreal's fault vs the fault of the devs? expedition 33 used unreal 5 and it looks good and runs well, although it seems to be the only unreal 5 game to do so

I feel that. Iโ€™m 34 and donโ€™t mind 100 hour RPGs, but I finished a 2 hour game yesterday and thatโ€™s all I needed.

Which I also agree with, but 30 bucks is a bit much

I also agree that I want shorter games that aren't 400 hour fetch quests and slogs to get through, but also I feel like there's an unspoken 'hours to price' ratio. Like 2 hours for $30 is a lot, but 2 hours for $10 is more fair.
