Now I can spend several millenia being extremely healthy at no effort. This leads me to win competitions or hide as a hermit, whenever I feel like it. Nice.

Sounds easy, but also, probably frustratingly limiting. The moment you give up out of lack-of-patience, the frustration only increases. You easily becoming a practically genius godlike being of intelligence who is, in reality, a sea anenome that does not give a shit about anything or anyone.

I'm also fine with putting in effort to gain wealth, but some personal/selfish omnipotence like with the Sandbox Pill seems more interesting. Ultimately, just another ~40 years to experience that "fun" seems too short.

Sandbox Pill & MMO Vaccine
Pairing them together allows you to unleash your creativity and advance in life, with the sole downside being that you are unable to affect other people like the other items.
FPS Pill is tempting, but I don't have a use for it in my daily life.
4x Pill is also ideal, but I still need food, water, and shelter. I'd have to legally die at some point to prevent the government from becoming suspicious. "Going missing" works too, I suppose.
