I agree OP
I liked Hypernova more than the mechs, since it utilized Kirby's core mechanic in over-the-top ways vs feeling like a reskin of ultra abilities
Dedede is my favorite character so playable Dedede was huge to me
I don't think every boss needed a fakeout phase, but I appreciated the cheekiness of it for autopiloting
