If you're getting it, get the Japanese version either by importing the key card version, or from the Japanese eshop.
For some odd reason the Japanese version has the uncensored outfits, but also English text option.

No. Basically there's about 3 mutually exclusive cutscenes. I know of them is whether or not you've activated all crystals in a chapter or not. So it requires a run through New Game+ to get the other one.
Example:
>'Because I am Her Daughter?' is mutually exclusive with 'Do You Still Love Her?' event. Both are triggered after talking to Gossipmonger and defeating Braev. 'Do You Still Love Her?' triggers if all four Crystals are awakened, while 'Because I am Her Daughter?' triggers if that is not the case (at least one non-awakened, doesn't matter which).
