Unironically build a decent PC and you can emulate everything including the Switch (and soon Switch 2 since they're the same fucking thing). Enjoy superior framerates and every rom ever for free. The fact it's 30+ consoles in one us a fucking PC with ad-free internet browsing makes it infinitely better than a cumsole locked into a shitty media environment that overcharged for everything.

No, CPUs like that aren't meant for gaming. Video games generally use one core only, and are sometimes multi-threaded to a limited degree. Bigger and better CPUs are meant for parallel processing tasks, your average user has no need of the functionality and wouldn't know how to assign cores to tasks if they did.
