Shit like this is cool and it should come back in the US.
Babysitter regulations are fag shit that's antithetical to the idea of being an American. You sign the waiver and accept the cost of what you decided to do.

It's third world kino but i would personally never go on that ride myself, looks like it could be fatal, possibly even by no fault of your own but rather ther other drivers

There's the girl getting severe whiplash and possible a concussion by the raging sperg on that cart/rail thing, too.
But you signed the waiver. That's on you. That's how it should be. Freedom > safety.
i worked at a go kart track between graduating high school and starting college. NEVER RIDE GO KARTS
1. safety regulations are ignored if not actively circumvented. the engines were limited from the factory and we'd modify them to make them dangerously fast
2. drunk driving is allowed if not actively encouraged. my place sold a $20 upgrade to our VIP bar for racers before/between races
3. the workers don't give a shit about your safety. i did at first before the asshole kids, teens, and parents broke my spirit
4. the safety rails and barriers are not professionally designed such are likely to injure you in a crash
5. the track isn't properly designed either so following the speed limit can still result in crashes
6. your tires WILL be bald
7. we averaged 2 injuries a day that required an ambulance on scene
