It is. If the game runs at 15fps this is a bad mark on the game devs, not on the Switch2. There's nothing about the hardware that would limit the game to such a framerate. This is just lazy work.

Hardware can't save you from shit devs not optimizing their games

it's a shit game anyways, there are plenty of better games to buy on switch 2

To be fair the switch 2 screen is so slow 15fps is a framerate the screen can keep up with.
