Honestly the Manga was a fucking blur for me. I remember watching the anime, not liking the ending, wanting more, and checking out Manga. I think I only did that twice for anime. Gantz and Shigurui. Anyways, that fucking Manga had so much retarded shit happening that left me laughing for hours on end.

Without making such a big discussion out of it (being the wrong board and all), lets me just say that you couldn't be more fucking wrong; the anime had a terribly slow pacing, filler scene and characters for more social commentary, and your typical "we ran out of content because the manga is still not finished so we made up some bullshit and wrapped it up" ending. After such a strong start and the novelty of completely uncensored nudes and gore even in the fucking opening intro, this was a huge dissapointment.

In any case, despite it's failings it was a great concept for an action series, and it even had a PS2 game and all, but i just can't imagine it nowadays, or at least picture it as something different that another battle royale 3rd person shooter (not to mention that the gore and nudes would be gone as well, which would suck tremendously)
