Infernus isn't even aim intensive because his main damage is from the afterburn. You just aim center mass to light people on fire and that is enough. Infernus does not have a weak early game. He only lose to really long range, which is only Vindicta and talon, but both of those characters don't scale like him. He straight up beat every other character in lane as soon as he has infuser. I haven't played in a year so im not about the timings but you used to be able to buy debuff reducer and you would recover from the stun in time to parry the heavy melee. Does it still work? Of course Abrams could buy duration extender to negate this as well.
