Why are these still so expensive? Is it because they're the only recently made controller that don't fall apart within a couple months?

Buy some on ebay and repair them, they're not difficult to fix.

Nah, they still have stick drift.

Yes these niglets have all kinds of stick problems. God I have had such monstrous handicaps because of these.
Anyone ever fly fighters in Planetside 2?
Imagine doing that but top tier organized dogfighting, on a ps4 controller, with two completely loose and yet sticking sticks, X and O have to be pressed from the left side, and L2 cycles about 5 times a second whether you tap it once or hold it.
My latest and hopefully last one just lost its bluetooth functionality a few days ago but I only emulate on PC now.
What were the decent options again?
DS4 or Steam controller IIRC?

Mine has none after 8 years. Most controllers I've used were unusable in 1 year. Not just xbox ones, but 100+ $ HOTAS setups

Every time I open my Dualsense for repairs I wish I went with DS4 instead, this thing's such a pain to dig around in compared to any other controller I've opened

If only it didn't have that obnoxious gay lighting and the wired solution wasn't a fucking joke, not to mention the battery life. I can live with the questionable touchpad but overall is full of stupid designs.

Besides the fragile connection and no natural position to lay the controller without pressing the wire?
