This is down to the publishers. For example, FromSoftware publishes its own games. They hold the rights to the Japanese-language version, which is only included in the Japanese release. Bandai Namco is responsible for publishing and translating the European release and holds the rights to translations in all European languages. Not many publishers do it this way, and you will find that many Japanese games, especially those from Nintendo, include all languages.

Im the guy asking for multi langauge. I'm aware how some of this works. Its also down to a platform thing. A co worker of mine bought unicorn overlord on xbox and that has all languages since like pc they don't bother with multiple versions of some games.

With big games, it was because they costed too much for even a 60€ game, and this one is basically the same, even though the games are now 80€, spending 15$ on the cart is too much money for them.

Man at least Dana had the excuse of the Vita being to the limits to justify a PS4 release with expanded content, I don't see anything in the new content that couldn't run on a standard switch.
