No matter what your expectations are, you will be disappointed. GVH is the most "nothing" game of all time. The story has nothing going on, no conflict, no stakes, no tension, no intrigue, just nothing. In fact there's so little going on that half the game is spent on watching the characters play dungeons and dragons. The soundtrack is pretty good though.
GVH came in TOO late
Had it been released in 2017-18 it may have been more successful

Inco just feels too bland compared to Anon. Anon's basically a fucking trainwreck when he's introduced. He's narcissistic, has no real set goal in mind, and he's kind of a loser. Having him be such a piece of shit in the beginning just gives him so much more room to grow as a character. Not to mention the fact that he's dirt broke and lives in a shitty and sketchy part of town on his own makes him a bit more interesting than Inco who comes from a more mundane background

I feel like there is a way to make Inco work, but being such a one dimensional tard that wants "popularity" makes it hard to get into his head as is makes for a less enjoyable protagonist. I'm just glad that the story itself with Olivia elevates it. Too bad about weak antagonists as well.
So does the cute college slice of life always end with the world destroyed and everyone dead? Not even a "it was all a dream" or some time travel magic to force a happy ending or something?
