Gravity Rush is probably the closest you'll ever get. That game has all the parts in the right place as a superhero narrative including the semi lighthearted tone contrasting more serious events. Not exact, but it has broad strokes similar to Spiderman. Lower class/average relatable hero, learning to be a true hero, starting off as not popular, rival characters with similar powers, the goofy side stories and events that ground the hero as part of the world, trying to save even the villains, etc. Other games do the individual parts better and have better writing too obviously, but it is very rare to have all the parts in one package.

I sincerely don't get why Xitter hated this movie so much.
Is it perfect? No.
Is it on par with Raimi's Spider-man? No.

It is really crazy that marvel rivals is probably the only super hero game that isn't spider man or batman that took off.
