Let's talk mice
Specifically I wanted to ask about chinkshit mice, I hear they are good and cheap. Haven't seen any of the most talked about models in store listing in my country. But maybe I'll get some recommendations

Currently using pic-related and I just bought last year as a cheap gaming / work mouse; it uses batteries and can do BT and 2,4G and I'm surprised how good it is.
Perspective; previous mouse was a Zowie EC3, still have it and it's utter dogshit in comparison. Zowie kept using shittier and shittier ABS for their shells over the years, so the 1,5 year old EC3 is all shinny and gets sticky after 15 minutes of use.
Still have the original FK1 with the yellow wheel. It sits in my office is like decade old and it's not even close to the level of shine the EC3 got. I also used the S2 for 2 years and that one is also less degraded, albeit more than the old FK1.

So questions:
- which of the chink mice is the most sshine resistant and I guess POM or PBT is too much to ask?
- are there any good ones that can use AAA bats and do BT?
- I consider 4 and 8K polling a meme, am I wrong?
- from what I've seen most chink mice use a symmetrical Zowie-like design, are there any ergo ones, but on the shorter side (wide is actually good for me)?
- the fuck is everyone shitting themselves over mouse weight? Don't care for that as I'm more accurate with the Razer with the AAA bat than the significantly lighter EC3, but still very curious.

i have no idea why you would specifically want "chink mice". all mice are made in china (other than Zaunkoenig) but the mice designed by european or american companies are by far the best.
anyway to answer your questions

1. i know Endgame Gear uses better-quality structural grade plastics for their mice, not ABS
2. g305 and its clones is the best AAA/AA mouse
3. 8khz polling is useful if you flick a lot and play games which support 8khz polling ingestion, games like valorant and OW do
4. no idea. the only "chink mice" i find any good are WLmouse, pretty sure they're all ambi
5. marketing trends
5.

I was recently looking for a right-handed modern mouse. But I want all the meme shit like being ultra lightweight and 8K polling and other crap because I want to see if it makes any difference at all. So I narrowed it down to the Razer Deathadder v4, ASUS's Keris II Origin, Teevolution Terra Pro, and Lamzu Thorn. Ended up ordering the Terra Pro. It's weirdly slim pickings.

Used to be like this, but currently, I'd argue. Zowie is solid, but their quality has declined and their products are seriously overpriced and some are utter shit like the mouse-pads. Razer definitely improved over the years. I went through 3 Deathadders back in the day and then switched to Zowie and it was night and day, now it seams the tables have turned.

>You really should have stopped yourself right there.
Dumbass post, chinks have stolen tech from western brands, improved upon it an sell it at lower prices. If you need an example, just look at mechanical keyboards
>>718853598
>i have no idea why you would specifically want "chink mice"
For a living room setup, wanted to know if I can get anything game-worthy on the cheap, otherwise, I'll just get another Deathadder Hyperspeed.
>8khz polling is useful if you flick a lot
Dude, I mostly play Quake 2 and 3 with friends, we fucking did those flicks 25 years ago on a ball-mice. It's basically all you do if you play Instagib or just like RG. You can do that shit on your moms shitty BT mouse (also major spoiler, it's easier in Quake 2 Enhanced than in any sourceport or Q3). The only thing I'd be interested in is smoother tracking though I don't know if it's the mouse, the mousepad, or just me. If people say it's just better for flickshots, they are outright lying.

that's nice but flicking is objectively more reliable on 8khz polling, at high speeds there are significant gaps between polling reports at 1khz

I used a Zowie FK1 for like 10 years before it recently started randomly double clicking when I only clicked once. FK1 is super good, I can recommend it. I had the Zowie AM before that, which was also really good, but it broke kinda quickly, also the same issue with double clicking.

I got a OP1 8k now, which is also great.

>flicking is objectively more reliable on 8khz polling
More reliable compare to what? It's a fucking muscle memory type of action. If I can do it reliably on my current mouse why would I care. If that the only benefit of those high polling rate, then it's just marketing bullshit. I imagined it made tracking smoother and that would have been an improvement, but flick shots? LOL
>>718855710
>FK+ is what you're looking for
No it's not. Zowie mice are overpriced for what they offer and the quality has declined significantly. Also, why FK+? Why not FK1? FK2? Maybe U2? It's all the same mouse, just with different sizes to fit the players hands. It's also sub-optimal just in comfort of use compared to ergo mice, but then again your parent might have no beaten you enough as a child and you became a lefty.

wireless transmission is in theory faster, in practice it doesn't really matter at distances of a few meters. Most of the delay from wireless mices probably comes from the translation process. Ideally we had dedicated pci receiver instead of usb (even ps2 would be better) and god forbid, bluetooth.

A "good" mouse is entirely subjective because the primary quality of a "good" mouse is unfortunately the mouse shape and how it feels in your hand.
No matter the technical specs (mouse sensor, microswitches, latency, etc), if someone recommends what they think is a "good" mouse but it feels like shit in your hand, you'll think they baited you and call the mouse shit.
i.e. it's impossible to recommend a good mouse
